Le Chalet Blanc is a modern ski-in/ski-out hotel in the French Alps - in the historic and snow-sure town of Montgenèvre.

 

History

The hotel was built by the current owners in 2008 and was managed by them for several years. 

 

There has been a rental contract with a large Scandinavian tour operator since 2015 at €325k/year, which could be continued subject to contract.

There was a fire 2 years ago (2018) and the hotel has since been 95% rebuilt

The hotel also has an ESF office in the building, SPA (steam room, sauna, jacuzzi), Heated Boot Room and Underground Parking, Manager Accommodation and Massage Room.

Location

The resort is at 1850m and located in the centre of the Via Lattea (Milky Way) Ski-region on the French/Italian border,  within 400km of piste. The town benefits from its high altitude and a long season, including the summer.  Transfer: Only 1hr 10mins transfer from Turin Airport.
