Booking Conditions
Our booking conditions:
Reservation methods: Bookings can be made by mail, e-mail or fax.
For bookings made by phone, by e-mail or fax, option must be confirmed within a
maximum of 4 days.
The room rate is defined by the formula you have chosen: either on a bed and breakfast basis (room and breakfast for free) or on a half board basis (breakfast and dinner, excluding drinks), based on room type.
Deposit:Reservations are only considered firm if accompanied by a 30% deposit.
The deposit can be paid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) or bank transfer.
Prepayment: The prepayment of the balance of the stay will also be requested 30 days before the expected date of arrival.
On arrival:
Check-in: we do our best to make rooms available as early as possible;however, in general this is not possible before 15h00.They must be vacated by 11am on day of departure.
Our cancellation policy:
For bookings canceled or postponed before the expected arrival, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation for any reason whatsoever causes the payment of the following charges:
- 30% up to 30 days inclusive before arrival
- 50% from 29 days to 21 days inclusive before arrival
- 80% from 20 days to 11 days inclusive before arrival
- 100% from 10 days from day of arrival
Shortened stay:
in the case of premature departures and where we are unable to resell the room, the total cost of the stay will be payable to the hotel as compensation.
